Associate Professor, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences

Regine Schönlechner studied nutritional sciences (Diploma, University Vienna) and food technology (doctoral study, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences). Since 2014 she is employed as Associate Professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Institute of Food Technology for teaching and research. Her research focus is cereal science and technology, focusing on pseudocereals and specialty cereals, as well as food and nutrition systems in the Global context.
