KATI KATINA

Kati Katina is Professor of Food Science at Department of Food and Nutrition located at University of Helsinki. She is specialized in Grain Science and Technology and her special focus has been for decades to create understanding of fermentation induced changes in structure, flavour and nutritional properties of grain based raw materials and foods.
