SUSANNA NEUHOLD

Mrs. Neuhold coordinates AIC’s communication and educational programs on diet and nutrition and is involved in the Association activities on gluten-free diet and its management. As food safety regulatory affairs manager for the AIC, she works in advocacy and lobby to Italian and European Institutions on issues related to food laws and support for those with coeliac disease. The most important programs and activities of the Coeliac Association managed directly by Mrs. Neuhold are: the Crossed Grain Symbol certification, the Food & Drink Directory, the Eating Out program and educational programs in schools on the GF diet. She has been the Vice-President of the AOECS (2015-2019), the European Federation of Coeliac Associations (aoecs.org), and Board Lead of the Working Group on the European Licensing System of the Crossed Grain Symbol, WG that still she joins as an active member since 2007.
