STEFAN SCHMIDT

Stefan Schmidt studied biology with focus on biochemistry and protein chemistry at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. From 1993 until 2008, he worked in the fields of infectious diseases diagnostics at R-Biopharm AG in Darmstadt. Then, he changed to the fields of autoimmune diseases and celiac disease as a product manager at Orgentec GmbH in Mainz. Since 2018, he is responsible as product manager for analytical methods for allergens and gluten in foods at R-Biopharm AG in Darmstadt.
