EUGEN–DAN RADU

Phd. student Eugen – Dan Radu follows a Phd. reserch at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca (USAMV Cluj – Napoca), Romania, department of Food Product Engineering. The reserch is caried in the field of food biotechnology focusing on fermentative technology under the guidence of Prof. Dr. Elena Mudura and Prof. Dr. Vlad Mureșan. The Phd. reserch follows a masters degree in Food Quality Management and a bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology.
